Chinese Baked Chicken
Chinese baked chicken is a easy and healthy recipe. Chicken has a lot of protein and is great for holidays or after gym meals. It’s very easy to do, as can be seen from our short Youtube video above. Adjust for taste preferences and health preferences 🙂
Baked Chicken Ingredients
-seasoning (salt, pepper, or other pre made seasoning)
Chicken Baking Times
The FDA Food Code recommends cooking chicken to 165°F (74°C). We recommend at least that or higher.
Baking time for what you’re cooking depends on oven temperature, type of chicken, thickness, and what temperature you start at. Obviously the colder the chicken the longer it’ll take.
The below are some sample times, please adjust accordingly so your chicken’s internal temperature is thoroughly cooked for best safety.
Drumsticks – 45 minutes @ 425°F
Breast – 20 minutes @ 400°F
