    Finally a picture update! I still haven't gotten around to posting my before picture and video to Youtube yet, but here's an interim update picture for your enjoyment.
    I think I'm actally the most in shape in the past year at least. I've been consuming copious amounts of protein, and my Chinese nature compels me to go to gym so I don't waste the protein! Thankfully Chinese culture is about not wasting and appreciating what we have!

    I have a new favorite order. Salad without croutons but extra tomatoes. Tomatoes are healthy, delicious, and goes great with the dressing. The dressing is italian dressing. The key is to get the dressing on the side and then mix it in yourself.

    I tried the gluten free rotini today. I always go for the whole grain linguine, but I wanted to try something different. And I figured I was consuming enough gluten with all the pasta I've been having as well. The gluten free rotini was... okay. It wasn't the best, and kinda dry, but not too bad either.

    I'm starting to move to more salads now for better health. No croutons, dressing on side, and extra tomatoes is the best thing ever.

    Ending the week a bit light! It's been 3rd week of Olive Garden pasta pass and I think I'm getting used to the food. I'm not rejecting it, but I'm not too excited for it either. It's just... food. However, the health benefits of this pasta pass is hard to say no to.
